Operating from our 5,000m² facility in Smithfield, NSW, we provide an integrated fabrication workflow spanning design support, 3D CAD drafting, precision laser cutting, CNC folding, welding, coating and assembly under one roof.
Our in-house design team works closely with production to apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles, helping identify issues early, improve manufacturability and reduce downstream installation risks.
Since 2008, KS Metal Fabrications has delivered fabricated solutions for projects where quality, compliance and coordination are critical. Our systems are supported by ISO 9001 Quality Management certification and ISO 3834 welding standards.
